Couch to 5K (C25K) is a method frequently used by new runners to successfully begin running. The goal is to slowly build up their running distance and pace over a period of weeks to allow them to run a 5 kilometer (3.1 mile) distance, a popular distance for road races.
While we are not currently offering a C25K session, we hope to do so again in the future as interest allows.
